Responsibilities

Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to meet growth targets in the personal care sector.
Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with major accounts, including top grocery chains.
Lead and mentor a sales team, ensuring development and performance alignment with team goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Expand into broader responsibilities, including P&L and operational management, as the role progresses.

Experience

15+ years of working experience and 6 +years of experience in managing team.
Demonstrated success in sales and the experience to lead the sales team.
Strong experience in managing P&L and a solid understanding of the commercial dynamics of business operations.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, skilled in building, motivating, and guiding high-performing teams.
