‘CEO for One month’ is an initiative that offers Young people the possibility to develop and showcase their leadership potential, to learn what it takes to succeed as a business leader and to acquire the skills and the experience needed to get a foot on the career leader.

We support athletes and provide them with skill training, guidance and support so that they can smoothly transit to non-sport careers in the future.

 

On ExperienceWorkDay the Adecco Group and all its brands open their doors to thousands of young people to spend a day in the shoes of a worker and take part in different activities and workshops giving them real work experience that kick starts their career.

Adecco employees are encouraged to participate in 'athletic activities’ with staff and clients and raise funds to support children and young people whose accesses to work and educational opportunities are limited.
