Responsibility:

1. Analysis the requirements from headquarter;

2. Focus on the non-standard products, mainly for steel/metal product;

3. Negotiate with suppliers to confirm the information of product;

4. Optimize cost, delivery and payment conditions;

5. Further develop an effective and reliable network of local suppliers;

6. Actively communicate with suppliers to build the good relationship;

7. Work closely together with Quality group;

1. Drive the achievement of strategic, tactical, and operational NPR goals in Taiwan's 

dynamic semiconductor market, ensuring compliance with our NPR Policy and 

meeting agreed NPR KPIs with full personal commitment.

2. Co-develop and implement category strategies for local and global spend, ensure 

supplier onboarding and long-term relationships, balance supplier capacity with 

market dynamics, and continuously improve procurement processes using supplier 

rating methodologies.

3. Interface with local and global stakeholders, including Finance and Legal, connect 

with regional and global management, and collaborate with NPR peers in other countries.

4. Actively participate in global improvement projects and provide initiatives for both 

 global and local spends to advance NPR Taiwan to the next phase.
