• Opportunity Identification and Development: Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective partners, and promote the company’s services to align with partner and market demands.
• Proposal Leadership: Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality business proposals, ensuring they are completed and submitted to potential partners on schedule.
• Contract Oversight: Manage the full contract process, including review, negotiation, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong capabilities in communication, teamwork, coordination, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage partners/ potential partners and collaborate with diverse teams and departments.
• Business Acumen and Problem-Solving: Excellent business sense, creative thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills. Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt quickly to changing situations.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industries is preferred.
