Senior Quality Engineer (IATF16949, PPAP))

A global leader in the design and manufacturing of advanced electronic components and connectivity solutions. They provide a wide range of products, including connectors, cable assemblies, and flexible printed circuits (FPC), for industries such as automotive, telecommunications, medical, industrial, and consumer electronics. 

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Product Designers to ensure effective communication and execution of the Voice of the Customer (VOC), meeting NPI expectations and customer specifications.
• Ensure proper execution of Engineering and AQP deliverables (DfM, FMEAs, Control Plans, MSA) to support the Product Development Process (PDP). Remove barriers to project success.
• Oversee proactive quality management for new product developments, focusing on critical Copper Flex Products at the CFPA plant.
• Guide teams in executing Molex's PDP framework, identifying risks early, and driving continuous improvement.
• Provide product qualification documents for customer approval, conduct NPI process audits, and improve Cost of Poor Qua

• 5+ years’ experience in the areas of Product Development Engineering, Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering. 
• Evident leadership skills to influence a cross-functional team to make good risk-adjusted decisions. 
• Fluent English in terms of speaking and writing.
