【高雄_百大能源外商】Commissioning Operator&Maintenance Lead 試俥維運管理/歡迎土木、電機、機械背景人才/具有鍋爐證照

The Commissioning Operation and Maintenance Lead (CO&M LE) is responsible for operation and maintenance of plant activities. He/she is fully acquainted with the site-specific rules, safety regulations and environmental protection measures and that they perform their work accordingly.

Responsibilities:
The CO&M LE shall:
• Lead the CO&M team to operate the plant in safe and timely manner.
• Lead, organize and supervise the safe operation of the plant (site rules, safety regulations, shift plan, shift log, etc.) from system turnover from erection until Turn-Over to customer by arrangement with the Commissioning Operation and Maintenance Manager (CO&MM) & CO&M LE.
• Advise the CO&M LE of any information that could influence the commissioning time schedule and/or the commissioning staff planning.
• Lead the CO&M team to perform operation per the specifications and engineering documents, considering the safety instructions, environmental protection measures and local regulations.
• Lead the CO&M team to work off the open item lists of systems under his/her responsibility by arrangement with the CO&MM & CO&M LE.
• Manage, supervise and co-ordinate personnel assigned to him/her.
• Lead the CO&M team to maintain a logbook according to the instructions by the CO&MM.

Job requirements:
• Education: Equivalent bachelor degree or higher in related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Moderate in both written and spoken in English. Mandarin speaker is preferable.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in energy, Oil&Gas, manufacturing sectors would be added advantage.
• Candidate with Boiler license A and B would be added advantage.
• No fear of height and confined area.

3. 具有能源/天然氣/製造業的試車維運經驗，歡迎迎土木、電機、機械背景
4. 外國人一同共事，直接report 給國外主管，英文需具基礎溝通能力
5. 需具有鍋爐證照乙級以上證照加分
