【Responsibilities】
▲Responsible for electrical& mechanical hardware field quality issue engineering analysis and resolutions for company's personal system devices(PC/Display/Accessory related products)
▲Apply advanced analysis techniques to determine failure mechanism, issue root cause, and technical proposal of the products.
▲Communicate analysis findings and insights across functions and levels in the organization and provide the professional reporting.
▲Conduct laboratory analysis to assess impact of component changes to the products. Use lab test equipment (Oscilloscope, Microscope… ) for hardware quality issue de-bug.
▲Set up new analysis capabilities to support advanced process technology and product developments.
【Qualifications】
▲Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering relevant.
▲Knowledge& work experience of Quality engineering and be familiar with 8D issue management process
▲Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
▲Strong communication skills - able to present technical analysis findings to internal stakeholders.
▲Team player and able to collaborate across geographies, levels and functions.
▲Typically need >=8 years related work experience or above.
