  • RD, PM, Fab之間NPI主要負責人
  • 製程改善及控制。良率與產能提升
  • 新技術量產 產品製程設計規劃，

Experience


  • 15年以上晶圓廠(Fab)工程(Product Engineering/NPI)
  • 必須具備晶圓廠工程部門主管經驗(部門>20)
  • Power discrete or 車用半導體背景優先
  • 英文聽說讀寫中等
