【Responsibilities】
▲Support product testing in the development of company's peripherals and software. Maintaining ownership of and provide follow up to development teams includes Hardware/Mechanical/Firmware/Software.
▲Assist with the field test group and focus group for products under development if needed. This includes managing communication with participants, designing surveys, analyzing feedback, and reporting issues to development teams.
▲Ensure all communication is clearly documented, accurate and appropriate, utilizing test case management system and issue tracking system.
▲Maximize opportunities to learn about company products and related industry hardware and software products. Take initiative to self-study to acquire new skills or platform enhancements. Proactively seek opportunities to deepen your knowledge of company products and the broader industry landscape. Embrace self-directed learning to master new skills and platform enhancements.
▲Possess a high degree of self-management and be disciplined enough to accomplish tasks autonomously. Communicate openly and proactively with management.
▲Serve as an escalation point for APAC teams (Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Marketing, PR) and deliver training sessions on new and upcoming products.
▲Have the thinking and experience of engineer but be able to break away from the traditional framework of engineer and focus on user experience & user behavior in software.
▲Combine your technical understanding with a keen focus on user experience and behavior, ensuring our software is both powerful and intuitive.


【Qualifications】
▲ Above bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the relevance of computer or mobile hardware industry. Two (2) years’ experience in software test would be better.
▲Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
▲Hands-on experience listening and responding to inquiries for a tech or gaming brand.
▲Software and hardware troubleshooting skills will be required, as well as familiarity with operating systems and mobile applications.
▲Operate personal computer to utilize word processing and spread sheet application programs.
▲Strong verbal and writing skills for providing feedback to co-workers and other staff members via phone, chat, and email.
▲Self-motivated and continue to build technical knowledge in company's products field.
▲Excellent problem-solving skills, good communication and coordination skills between internal & external.
