Sr. Embedded SW Engineer

• Lead Development: Define and drive the development of critical Embedded Software (ESW) and Firmware (FW) requirements and standards to ensure robustness, efficiency, and compliance for COMPANY’s products.
• ESW/FW Design and Implement
• Interface with System Design Team, UI/UX designers and app developers
• Validation and Verification: Conduct thorough validation and verification of ESW/FW provided by suppliers to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Supplier management and monitoring for quality output
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Team up with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to deliver comprehensive embedded software solutions.

• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in embedded software and firmware development, with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
• Preferred Experience: Experience with enterprise headsets, video bars, or roles such as project software lead, driver, or software architect is preferred.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Assembly, or other languages relevant to embedded software/firmware.
• Development Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of software/firmware development life cycles, including design, deployment, and maintenance.
• Tools Familiarity: Knowledge of software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review processes.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
