• Lead the development and management of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze business performance by comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights to management.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and tools to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and accuracy of financial planning and reporting.

• Support the implementation of Global Division and Business Unit strategies to drive profitable growth in local markets, focusing on sales, pricing management, cost control, and productivity improvement within the sales organization.
• Oversee business planning and forecasting for your area of responsibility, evaluating the financial impact of strategic decisions, developing scenarios, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Partner with the GBS/COE team to ensure accurate and timely financial data reporting, in line with Group Accounting & Reporting Guidelines, accounting standards, and financial closing timelines.

• Handle full set of accounts including GL/AP/AR/Fixed Assets for Taiwan and China market

1.Prepare timely monthly financial statements and management reports to internal business partners. Support monthly closing and year-end closing process.

• Manage the preparation of financial reporting, statutory financial reporting, tax reporting and audit-related deliverables, liaising with our external auditors as required, ensuring they are completed accurately, timely and are fully rationalised against the context of the business’s operations;
• Develop financial budgets and forecasts through facilitating cross-functional collaboration;
• Serve as a Finance Business Partner, assist to perform analysis of regulatory requirements for proposed new businesses/specific trades;
• Exercise control over management and financial reporting;
• Drive improvement in design for more effective, efficient, and transparent processes; support the development of automated reporting solutions;
