Finance Controller/ CRO

• Support the implementation of Global Division and Business Unit strategies to drive profitable growth in local markets, focusing on sales, pricing management, cost control, and productivity improvement within the sales organization.
• Oversee business planning and forecasting for your area of responsibility, evaluating the financial impact of strategic decisions, developing scenarios, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Partner with the GBS/COE team to ensure accurate and timely financial data reporting, in line with Group Accounting & Reporting Guidelines, accounting standards, and financial closing timelines.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP
• Provide strategic guidance to the business unit to optimize orders, revenue, and profitability.

B.S, M.S, or, Ph.D, degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
