1. Perform complex customer support activities involving the installation, modification, repair and preventive maintenance of Brooks equipment and systems to ensure proper working order.
2. Isolates and resolves complex equipment malfunctions, and implements corrective action.
3. Works under minimal supervision following established policies and procedures to ensure company and customer quality standards are met.
4. May act as Local/Shift/Site CSE to coordinate work direction for other Service Engineers and install support as needed.
5. Position will be located in Taiwan region. Candidate may be assigned to support a specific customer site or Product, depending upon business needs.
6. Required to work in a Clean Room environment wearing a full clean room suit according to customer requirements.
