The HSE Manager will be responsible for: 

1. Monitoring and auditing HSE compliance across onshore and offshore site 

2. Perform HSE Inspection onshore and offshore 

3. Identifying hazards, carrying out risk assessments, and ensuring subsequent corrective actions are implemented 

4. Investigate all accident/incident/near miss may occur on-site and report to the relevant functional heads 

5. Collect weekly and monthly KPI information for month-end reporting 

6. Carry out training of staff members, including toolbox talks. 

7. Make necessary contacts with customer for applications and approvals 

8. The HSE Lead is based in Changhua O&M office. 

3 years’ experience in HSE function

Bachelor or above ; Health and safety, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering related major is preferred (Not mandatory)
