【台中_全球百大外商】Site Safety(EHS) Supervisor/營造業職業衛生安全經驗佳/薪資優渥/年假多/英文環境

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, understand and maintain the EHS project plan. Provide support to communicate and manage all sections of the plan.
2. Responsible for safety administration, risk management, EHS training, medical and security related issues that may impact personnel or overall site safety.
3. Investigate incidents or near miss events as necessary or required, including compilation and completion of any necessary documentation (Accident investigation or Near miss forms, Genuine measurements submissions, etc.).
4. Analyze root causes to determine safety measures to prevent future incidents and influence the implementation of corrective actions
5. Serve as direct liaison with end customer at site in safety task planning with project scope of work, conducting site audits, equipment and PPE inspections.
6. Mentor peers and crew in advanced EHS topics and train new Safety Specialists in current processes and procedures.
7. Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety & health or qualification equivalent.
2. Level B Occupational safety and health management personnel or 乙級職業安全衛生管理員
3. Minimum 2-5 year’s working experience in EPC on safety & health management capacity.
4. Willingness to be based at project site - Taichung.
5. Bilingual in both Chinese and English.

Desired Characteristics:
1. Preferably experience in Power Plant or dealing with Taiwan Power Company.
2. Working knowledge on Installation and Commissioning.
3. Ability to interact and communicate with people from different cultures.
4. Experience working on mega and complex construction project.

2. 期待有2-5年以上的營建工程領域EHS 相關經驗
3. 乙級以上職業安全衛生管理師證照為必須，但有營造業甲種職業安全衛生業務主管可以參考
