• Oversee and deliver full spectrum of HR functions across TW offices including but not limited to compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, learning and development, employee relations and organizational transformation and development.
• Be an advocate for Employer of Choice in communication of best practices and environment. 
• Lead organizational transformation projects with clear communication, process and transition. 
• Implement and adherence to global HR strategies, systems, processes and regulations. 
• Plan and manage personnel headcount and HR related costs within business plan.
• Drive HR service excellence and KPIs in a performance culture and environment. 

• Degree holder with minimum 10+ years HR experience. 
• Candidates with working experience in sizable MNC is highly preferred
• Proven business partner with executive leadership and business unit heads
• People developer with willingness to cultivate and guide
• Strong understanding of Taiwan labour ordinance  Good command of written and spoken English 

BA or above
