Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Global HR Management: Manage HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent, and develop retention strategies to maintain a high-performing workforce.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Experience

  • Experience: Manging oversea HR activities experience is a must. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Prior experience in a multinational company is essential.
  • International Experience: Proven experience managing HR functions in multiple countries.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in various countries.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
