Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Analyze market intelligence, conduct business development analysis, and monitor industry trends.
Guide and coordinate marketing strategies across departments for seamless execution.
Optimize marketing strategies, budgets, and talent development to enhance effectiveness.
Integrate online and offline channels, lead promotional campaigns, and strengthen brand image.
Design and implement digital marketing strategies to improve advertising effectiveness and performance.

Experience

Industry Experience: 10+ years in marketing management within consumer goods, retail, FMCG, or consumer electronics, with experience in brand strategy for large retail/service groups and expertise in online/offline sales models and revenue targets.
Team Management Experience: Led teams of 20+, with 10+ years of experience in marketing and PR strategy, driving team performance to achieve goals.
Professional Skills: Strategic thinker with change leadership, cross-departmental collaboration, and strategic influence capabilities.
Personal Traits: Results-oriented, creative, socially skilled, and market-driven with strong business insight.
