Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategies to optimize client engagement and boost revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and manage agreements for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Analyze client performance and market trends to uncover new opportunities for growth.
  • Regularly report on account performance, aligning strategies with company goals and senior management priorities.

Experience

  • 5-8 years in Key Account Management or Sales, ideally within FMCG or retail.
  • Modern trades: Hyper / Super / CVS /PCS / OTC experience is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills and expertise in managing complex client relationships.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with a results-driven mindset.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree is must.
