Responsibilities

Perform the internal ways of working and ensure that company's policies, procedures are all thoroughly followed based on procurement details in the country.
Lead contract development and implementation and compliance
Familiar with driving digital procurement tools based on internal policy, with mindset at Global Spending Analysis.
Ensure that the cluster has continuous improvement plans to improve metrics year on year.
Understand the capability and build up sourcing/ communication skills and career aspirations of all team members.
Ensure a Personal Development Plan is developed for all team members. Act as a coach and mentor as required.
Lead and oversee tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, training, talent management etc. Provide feedback, coaching and direction to team leaders and team members.

Experience

FMCG, Retail experience at least 10 years.
Demonstrated management experiences within a complex, matrix or multiple business organization.
Willing to find opportunities where never intervene as well as maintain recurring sourcing works for mills in proper procurement compliance.
