• Perform the internal ways of working and ensure that company's policies, procedures are all thoroughly followed based on procurement details in the country.
• Lead contract development and implementation and compliance
• Familiar with driving digital procurement tools based on internal policy, with mindset at Global Spending Analysis.
• Ensure that the cluster has continuous improvement plans to improve metrics year on year.
• Understand the capability and build up sourcing/ communication skills and career aspirations of all team members.
• Ensure a Personal Development Plan is developed for all team members. Act as a coach and mentor as required.
• Lead and oversee tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, training, talent management etc. Provide feedback, coaching and direction to team leaders and team members.

• FMCG, Retail experience at least 10 years.
• Demonstrated management experiences within a complex, matrix or multiple business organization.
• Willing to find opportunities where never intervene as well as maintain recurring sourcing works for mills in proper procurement compliance.
