Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Lead and manage the regional sales teams, ensuring effective performance, growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust business strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth execution of business processes.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives in line with company objectives and market needs.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with at least 1 year in a management position.
  • In-depth knowledge of the medical device market, industry regulations, and healthcare standards.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales goals and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with key clients, hospitals, and healthcare providers.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications in the medical or healthcare industry are a plus.
