  • Increase market share in the institutional sector, targeting industries such as restaurants, hotels, long-term care facilities, schools, commercial buildings, and government facilities.
  • Achieve new business sales targets as established during the budgeting process.
  • Ensure profitable growth through new business by adhering to strict pricing guidelines.
  • Conduct technical surveys to implement targeted programs effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition and secure new business opportunities.
  • Develop basic rollout plans to ensure clarity in expectations for both the customer and field team.
  • Collaborate with the field team, serving as the unified voice during prospecting, proposals, and presentations.
  • Manage the transition of client relationships to the regional/state sales team or corporate accounts.
  • Build and maintain industry connections through networking, trade shows, events, and collaboration with equipment suppliers.
  • Work closely with Territory Managers, District Sales Managers, Corporate Account Managers, and Regional/State Managers to achieve desired sales outcomes.
