Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage sales performance, providing regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and work with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales goals and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with key clients, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
