Job description:
 Develop and implement product & portfolio strategy, product roadmap, new ideas, innovative products with differentiated experiences.
 Determine nature and scope of product lines by designing the product specifications and requirements, appraising new and innovative product ideas.
 Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and adoption.
 Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume.
 Closely collaborate with world-wide Marketing team to promote HP Peripherals value proposition and branding awareness to customers.
 Lead appropriate product introduction process to assure an effective launch within the region.
 Influence appropriate partner organizations to enhance solutions capabilities.
 Work with Sales and Supply Chain on obsolescence process with the region.

Education and Experience Required:
 University degree in Marketing or Business
 MBA or equivalent preferred

Knowledge and Skills Required:
 Experience in soft goods (backpacks, sleeve, bags) is preferred.
 Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, user experience design, and market analysis.
 At least 3 years in product management fundamentals.
 Demonstrated experience working with regional selling partners, R&D, ID Studios or customers.
 Ability to interact with all levels of the company, including senior management.
 Ability to effectively persuade across organizational boundaries, both horizontally as well as vertically.
 Self-starter, motivated, proactive, curious.
