•SW Product portfolio ownership and acts as the SW product ambassador
•Deliver New SW products according to Plan of Record (POR), meeting Scope, Schedule, and Budget targets (timely, quality, successful NPI)
•Manage the SW products through the lifecycle. Drive Successful new SW product introduction operation as a project manager
•Facilitate relationships and cross functional collaboration with CO, R&D, System Management, HW product manager, and other company's product lines.
•Support launch and announce planning related to SW features in collaboration with NPI Messaging, Content Operations Teams, HW product manager
•Develop accurate and on-time NPI materials to support launch that align to strategy and experiences, consistent with KSPs and value proposition
•Competitor & market analysis and articulate company's response
•Support product pitch, demos and training to markets / partners
Requirement:
Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:
•Minimum 5 years in product or project management a pre-requisite
•+SW ‘planning’ related experience as preference .
•Solid understanding of product planning and development processes, key milestones and the interdependent steps required to bring products to market
•Strong leadership to lead cross function team discussions
•Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
•Strong influencing and consensus-building skills
•Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of the company
•Passion for products and hands-on mentality
•Ability to multi-task and effective in problem solving
•Strong Problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive insights into action
•Good understanding of the PC industry
Experience in UI/UX is highly advantageous.
