【Job Title】Material Coordinator 物料管理員
【Work Location】近南港展覽館捷運站

【Salary】35K - 40K / month

1.    負責物料點收、發放、出入庫管理
2.    負責庫存盤點, ，確認帳料一致
3.    協助包裝與出貨事宜
4.    協助主管分配的其他行政任務

【Job Definition】
 · Operate material management system through internal networking and designated database
· Strictly follow up check-in, labelling, check-out process before distributing the parts
· Deliver sample for each request
· Material management to ensure storage space is optimized and utilized.
· Material package recycling maintenance
· Other administrative task assigned by supervisor

【Minimum requirement】
- Capability to operate simple task on laptop. 
- Familiar with Outlook emailing and meeting invitation setup function
- Strong self-discipline to follow the process
- Mandarin only is acceptable but basic English read/write skill is a plus.
