·      Exhibits keen observational skills, identifying opportunities for process improvements and proposing effective strategies to enhance the team's capabilities and overall performance.


Experience

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in DQA, IPC product validation, or related fields.
