【Responsibilities】
▲ Participate in the conceptualization and experimentation phases of front-end design, contributing innovative ideas and insights to shape and refine design concepts and strategies.
▲Create conceptual models to assess and validate the feasibility, functionality, and effectiveness of proposed design solutions, ensuring they meet intended objectives.
▲ Develop and articulate specific requirements related to design, technology, and functionality. Ensure that these requirements are comprehensive, actionable, and aligned with project goals, guiding the engineering team in the implementation and integration process.
▲Occasionally lead technical presentations, workshops, or discussions to share current technical insights and information with the team. This helps to broaden team’s understanding, encourage innovation, and enhance team’s expertise in relevant areas.

【Experience/ Knowledge】
▲7+ years of experience in product design development, with a solid understanding of both design and engineering processes.
▲Familiarity with industrial materials and the applications.
▲Knowledge of industrial production processes, such as tooling, forming, finishing processes, etc.
▲Ability to transfer intangible ideas to tangible solutions.
▲ Familiarity with design software and engineering CAD tools.
