【Responsibilities】
Development of complex manufacturing practices including materials, process optimization, equipment, metrology and system design
Review equipment concepts, designs, module drawings, design fixtures and jigs
Define and implement rigorous equipment/process validation plan, CTQs, FAT/SAT, standards, perform FMEA, risk assessments
Lead yield improvement activities and drive FACA, work closely with cross-function teams for results
Develop novel process technologies for prototyping of emerging design
Willingness to travel no less than 50%
【Qualifications】
Master's degree in Mechanical or Optics Engineering
7+ years of experience in the development of module equipment and assembly processes for optical assemblies in consumer electronics devices
Experience directing product and process development efforts at contract manufacturers
Experience developing passive and active alignment processes and equipment
Knowledge for precision automation assembly processes
Experience performing and designing DOEs, data analysis, six sigma, SPC control, Gauge R&R, root cause investigation, failure analysis, implement corrective action
Experience communicating with cross-functional partners
