1. 22nm-40 a logic technology process integration, characterization, and tape-out related coordination 
2. Co-work with module/device/testing/CAD/design/reliability teams
3. Teskey and process monitor key design. Process to meet performance and reliability requirements. 

1. 20 years experience in Semiconductor
2. 10 years of managerial experience with spam of 40+ subordinates in PIE
3.  Familiar with Logic HKMG N28/N22/platform development: Tape-out, Process flow assessment, Device characterization, Defect shooting & Yield ramp
