Sr. Signal Integrity Engineer (to Manager level)

• Design and Optimization: Lead the design of high-speed interconnects using advanced 3D electromagnetic field solver software (e.g., HFSS, CST).
• Evaluation and Verification: Conduct empirical and analytical evaluations to ensure signal integrity, including simulation-to-measurement correlation studies.
• PCB Layout Guidance: Oversee the PCB layout team to develop signal integrity test and verification boards.
• Reporting: Generate detailed technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Expert Consultation: Provide signal integrity expertise to various departments and customers.
• Innovation: Discover new techniques in signal integrity modeling and recommend improvements in design processes.
• Industry Representation: Present research and findings at industry events and conferences.
