Thermal Project Manager (Principal Engineer)

An American based Handler /Prober / System Level Tester Provider ​

Main responsibilities :

• Interface with customer to understand customers' expectation.
• Promote or demonstrate Corporate's Thermal solution 
• Collect customers request while tools demonstration or validation process, then align RD in HQ to develop/deliver customized solution
• Drive corporate solution phase into client's manufacturing process

• At least 8 years of working experience with Thermal related industry
• Familiar with diversified thermal technology, parts and material
• Capable of project management
• Language capability

Qualification:

• Experience with the design and/or application of heaters, heat sinks, cooling system (single and 2-phase), pumps and fans, temperature, and flow sensors2, and temperature control systems is required.
• Basic understanding of various materials: metals, ceramics, adhesive, epoxies, and polymers, brazes and solders, thermal interface materials.
