Responsibilities

1.Key Account Management & Operation

2.Sales and Marketing Strategy & Indicator Formulation and Execution:

3.Execution of Sales Plans and Achievement of Corresponding Targets: Responsible for implementing sales plans and ensuring the attainment of predetermined sales goals and targets.

4.Initial Planning and Execution of Business Negotiations: Prepare for business negotiations and participate in the negotiation process to ultimately secure successful contracts.

5.Sale Forecasting and Customer Capacity Allocation: Regularly forecast sales trends and assist customers in allocating capacity to meet demand.


Experience

1.At least 12 years+ of Sales experience in Semiconductor

2. Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role within the discrete semiconductor products along with experience in the Asia-Pacific region

3.Proven leadership in managing sales teams, with a track record of achieving significant sales growth in the discrete semiconductor industry.

4.Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers, including senior executives and decision-makers.
