【Roles and Responsibilities】 1. Identify, qualify, onboard, and expand commitment from sellers in Taiwan for the North American market. 2. Support Business Development Managers in driving business operations and achieving targets. 3. Implement and track metrics to measure seller success and quality in your territory, using these insights to guide actions and identify growth opportunities. 4. Prospect and close deals to meet weekly quotas for both the volume and quality of recruited sellers. 5. Utilize appropriate tools to monitor account information and sales progress, while forecasting and prioritizing to achieve weekly goals. 6. Build a comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce landscape and competitive environment, including competitor product offerings. 7. Prioritize and complete additional projects, such as mentorship, competitive analysis, and sales analysis, while managing existing accounts. 8. Prepare and deliver business reviews to report on progress and overall health of the assigned territory. 9. Meet or exceed annual revenue and operational targets. 10. Craft and communicate compelling value propositions for the platform. 11. Gain a thorough understanding of platform products, features, and functionalities. 12. Collaborate with internal teams to drive change, overcome obstacles, and close deals effectively.
