【Responsibilities】 ▲Advanced OS Support: ◆Provide 3rd level support for Microsoft Windows operating systems, addressing complex technical issues. ◆Analyze and resolve escalated problems related to system performance, software installations, and updates. ◆Develop and maintain system documentation, including troubleshooting guides and best practices. ▲Wireless Troubleshooting: ◆Diagnose and resolve advanced wireless connectivity issues in a corporate environment. ◆Conduct root cause analysis for recurring wireless problems and implement effective solutions. ◆Collaborate with network engineers to enhance wireless infrastructure and performance. ▲Collaboration and Communication: ◆ Serve as a point of escalation for 1st and 2nd level support teams, providing guidance and mentorship. ◆Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and implement solutions. ◆Prepare and present reports on OS and wireless performance metrics and improvement plans. ▲Continuous Learning and Improvement: ◆Familiar with the MS Engagement process ◆Stay current with Microsoft OS updates, security patches, and wireless technologies. ◆Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
▲Education: ◆Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). ▲Experience: ◆5+ years of experience in technical support, with a focus on Microsoft operating systems and wireless troubleshooting. ◆Proven experience in 3rd level support roles, dealing with complex technical issues. ▲Technical Skills: ◆In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments (Windows 10, Windows 11). ◆Strong understanding of wireless networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies. ◆Familiarity with scripting or automation tools is a plus (e.g., PowerShell). ▲Certifications: ◆Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Client, CompTIA Network+, ITIL) are preferred. ▲ Soft Skills: ◆Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. ◆Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Team-oriented with a proactive approach to support and collaboration.
