  • Provide 3rd level support for Microsoft Windows operating systems, addressing complex technical issues.
  • Analyze and resolve escalated problems related to system performance, software installations, and updates.

Responsibilities
Advanced OS Support:
Provide 3rd level support for Microsoft Windows operating systems, addressing complex technical issues.
Analyze and resolve escalated problems related to system performance, software installations, and updates.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including troubleshooting guides and best practices.

Wireless Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve advanced wireless connectivity issues in a corporate environment.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring wireless problems and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with network engineers to enhance wireless infrastructure and performance.

Collaboration and Communication:
Serve as a point of escalation for 1st and 2nd level support teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
Prepare and present reports on OS and wireless performance metrics and improvement plans.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:
Familiar with the MS Engagement process
Stay current with Microsoft OS updates, security patches, and wireless technologies.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

 

▲Education:
◆Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

▲Experience:
◆5+ years of experience in technical support, with a focus on Microsoft operating systems and wireless troubleshooting.
◆Proven experience in 3rd level support roles, dealing with complex technical issues.

▲Technical Skills:
◆In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments (Windows 10, Windows 11).
◆Strong understanding of wireless networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
◆Familiarity with scripting or automation tools is a plus (e.g., PowerShell).

▲Certifications:
◆Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Client, CompTIA Network+, ITIL) are preferred.

▲ Soft Skills:
◆Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
◆Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to support and collaboration.
