1. Develop core brand/line/product training strategies and new training modules. Coordinate with product marketing team for new product and promotional programs. Lead and execute training sessions and evaluate ABO feedback for effectiveness.
2. Upgrade the training programs to suit the market, ABO and customer needs. Able to create customer/ABO engaged contents to continue driving training impact.
3. Answer product queries and update Artistry Beauty Bible.
4. Communicate with key business leaders to plan and execute training activities well.
5. Competitor study: Keeping an eye on the market and keeping the team posted on the competitor products.
6. Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional and knowledgeable image both internally and externally.
7. Engage in community program to support ABO transformation.
