Manage internal grievances, report to the Board, and oversee external law firms handling grievances.

Develop and update corporate policies, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Provide training on policies, identify compliance risks, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

• draft, negotiate and review commercial contracts (English and Chinese)
• Research and advise on regulatory compliance, consumer protection, labor law, competition law, etc.
• Work with outside counsel to resolve disputes and manage administrative inquiries
• Manage the legal protection of personal data and trade secrets

• Provide legal advice and support to management and business teams
• Work with external Lawyers
• Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and transactional documentations
• Identify and provide professional advice on general legal and risk management issues.
• Review process and provide professional advice to ensure compliance with policy and local law.
• Obtain copyright certifications
• Maintain current knowledge of legislations
• Assist in corporate secretarial and corporate governance matters
• Provide legal advice for employee/labor related issues
