Legal Manager

An entertainment group

• Provide legal advice and support to management and business teams
• Work with external Lawyers
• Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and transactional documentations
• Identify and provide professional advice on general legal and risk management issues.
• Review process and provide professional advice to ensure compliance with policy and local law.
• Obtain copyright certifications
• Maintain current knowledge of legislations
• Assist in corporate secretarial and corporate governance matters
• Provide legal advice for employee/labor related issues

• 7+ years of experience in firm and/or in‐house.
• Previous experience working in a legal counsel for an international company
• Experience with Copyright
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Chinese.

• Bachelor of law and above
