外商銀行｜AML Analyst (洗錢防制)

【Job Responsibilities】
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders within departments.
• Support AML Officer on any compliance related problems, including but not limited to policy development, interpretation, Anti-money Laundering, Counter Terrorist Financing and Economic Sanction, etc.
• Work in partnership with relevant stakeholders to resolve any AML/CTF/Sanctions issues.
• Interact with AML related authorities under the guidance from AML Officer and work with staffs from various departments on proposing appropriate practices and procedures within the guidance from AML Officer to conform to legal requirements for Management approval.
• Assist AML Officer to implement compliance programs to comply with the AML/CTF/Sanctions related laws & regulations as well as the Head Office policy and procedures, such as prepare various reporting, , arranging training and meeting etc.
• Conduct day to day AML/CTF/Sanctions control matters under the guidance from AML Officer.
• Prepare or coordinate reports on compliance and regulatory issues in the Branch.
• Update policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations. 
• Assess and report AML/CTF/Sanctions risks under the guidance from AML Officer.
• Support internal and external audits related to AML/CTF/Sanctions in Branch by preparing documents as required.
• Adhere to Branch AML/CTF/Sanctions policy as well as relevant guidelines
• Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.

• Good command of explanation and guidance to related departments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments.
• Good knowledge of compliance, specifically AML/CTF/Sanctions.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
