【Job Responsibilities】
• Lead data driven decision making in CUL business and related CUL Platform.
• Understand CUL products in bank including – Card, Unsecured Loan, Channels include Card+ , Ploan + and Telemarketing as well its customer journey include onboarding journey, engagement journey, Retention and portfolio for both Card and Unsecured Loan.
• Engagement methods - prospecting, click through journey, portfolio management, etc.
• Work closely with Product, Martech, Segment, Regional, Credit , Finance and Operations teams and within MtJ squads to develop new strategies, build seamless customer journeys, drive better customer experience.
• Enable and support in upgrading team member data analytics skillset via onboarding at ADA (a modern data analytics platform cope with CML,Python, Pyspark etc).
【Requirements】
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) with a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in data analytics and business intelligence, with several years of experience in managing data analytics product delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Highly numerate with keen eye for details and accuracy;
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to explain complex concepts with simplicity. Strong ability to present and communicate to senior management;
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with stakeholders with discerning tact.
• Growth mindset; Open to transformation capabilities in the organisation; Actively promote and encourage adoption of enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Well versed with data analytics techniques like predictive, prescriptive, ML and AI.
