【Job Responsibilities】
• Responsible for the delivery of relevant banking services to customers to maximize not only our revenue but also customers’ satisfaction.
• Co-work with Relationship Managers, Dealers and relevant divisions to enhance treasury profits.
• Build effective relationships with key customers to develop new business and to deliver a high quality of service to customers.
• Work in partnership with Relationship Manager to understand customer expectations, obvious hedge needs, and potential hedge needs and to promote a range of products and services.
• Take actions for providing financial solutions that will deliver a high quality service to customers.
• Analyze the market and research data on FX as well as Derivatives to identify revenue opportunities, prepare presentation material for pitches to promote products to customers, including but not limited to FX and Derivative products.
• Support in understanding the regulatory requirements and audit outcomes, assess and recommend a plan for the Branch to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
• Assess and manage relevant risks to the Bank and seek solutions to mitigate the risk with close supervision, if necessary.
• Monitor market risks by collecting information from various sources and report to relevant parties in a timely manner.
