【Responsibilities】
• Deep dive in the areas of corporate strategy, industry trends/ issues, competitor dynamics, and local regulatory frameworks. And ensure company has an industry- leading product range that meets the needs of our clients and drives business growth in line with our corporate strategy.
• Identify new product ideas and turn to ideas into investable vehicles for retail clients.
• Take in charge of new product pitch to the gatekeepers in banks/lifers, to ensure company’s new products can be distributed in these channels.
• Manage product life cycle including developing, launching, reviewing, reenergizing, and merging/closing, to ensure we have competitive product offerings that can address clients’ evolving needs.
【Requirements】
• Post-graduate degree or global equivalent.
• Ideally 5 experience in financial product management in investment/asset management.
• Strong sense of client service and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent data analytical skills to resolve issues.
• Working knowledge in a global business services environment (i.e across processes/geographies, cultures and business maturity levels).
• Must work efficiently under pressure and remain flexible to changes.
• Fluent in both spoken and written in Chinese & English.
