【Key Responsibilties & Tasks】
• Manage client queries in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and our Fund Administrators.
• Act as a first escalation point between the Fund Management and Fund Administrator.
• Perform analysis and take part in bringing the client journey into a digital environment and further enhancing the client experience.
• Implement new processes and procedures around the storage and sharing of knowledge both internally and with clients.
• Work with continuous improvements related to our processes and procedures.
【Requirements】
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• At least 6-8 years of relevant working experience within client service or relatable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• An analytical and structural mindset, who has understanding of and passion for utilising digital tools for analysing data and creating dashboards that provide insights and trends.
• Experience of leading projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience working in an international environment; within private equity or the financial services industry is considered a plus.
