【Responsibilities】

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
• Formulate plans to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Team Leadership

• Provide leadership and direction to managers and supervisors.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within teams.

Operational Management

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators and operational benchmarks.
• Ensure stable BAU operations and maintain high quality.

Resources Optimization

• Manage budgets and cost measures to optimize resource allocation.

Stakeholders’ Communication

• Ensure effective communication with Taiwan stakeholders, including distribution, investment, finance, legal & compliance, and risk management, to align operational activities with overall business objectives.
• Engage regional and global stakeholders, including for projects and BAU items.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures.
• Identify risks and develop plans to mitigate them.

【Requirements】

• Bachelor’s degree in business or management.
• 10 years of industry experience in operations management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and drive operational excellence.
• Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and implement solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills to monitor and improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
• MBA or MS degree preferred.
