Responsibilities

  • Drive brand innovation and adapt strategies based on market trends and consumer insights.

Team Leadership

  • Build and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

P&L Oversight

  • Manage P&L to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Partnerships & Customers

  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to expand business opportunities.

Compliance & Innovation

  • Ensure regulatory compliance while driving a culture of innovation and risk managem

Experience

  • At least 15 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with 5+ years in senior management roles; experience in multinational companies is a plus.

Education

  • MBA or master’s degree in a related field preferred.
