QA Director(QA Head)

Tier-1 EMS &Brand

• Manage and oversee the Quality Control Function covering factory quality, supplier quality, repair station quality, quality inspection, and quality engineering.
• Manage and oversee the Design Quality Assurance (DQA) Function and the DQA Engineering Staff
• Review and support required updates to QMS Processes, Quality System Manual (QSM), Quality Policy
• Interface with supplier(s) and customer(s) quality representatives concerning problems with quality control and assure that effective containment or corrective actions are implemented.

• 20 years+ QA or related experience in leading EMS, Electronic industry plus 10 years management experience in 20K employees corp.
• Hands on experience working with and implementing Corporate Quality Management System
• Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions
• International travel (50% )be required.
• Must fluent in English and Chinese(中文必須口語流利)
