1. Establish and implement plans for product reliability testing, failure analysis, and equipment calibration management.
2. Develop strategies for management system improvement and lead the team to achieve annual objectives.
3. Lead the team in setting up technical document management centers across all facilities.
4. Guide the team in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
5. Lead the team in establishing appropriate SPC ystems based on production line quality status and product/process characteristics

1.15+ years of experience in the areas of Semiconductor Quality and Reliability(FAB or Packagimng)

2.Minimum of 10 years of experience in people leadership positions with direct reports with strong supervisory and leadership skills highly desired(team size 40+_

3.Expert in VDA 6.3, IATF16949, APOP

4.Fluent In English

B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or related Sciences above.
