Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Quality Team management including training/recruit, oversee the Quality Control Function (e.g. MQA, SQA, CQA and DCC).
  • As Corporate Quality Representative to deploy & align Quality policy/system to different region(e.g. Taiwan, China and American)
  • Review and support required updates to QMS Processes, Quality System Manual (QSM), Quality Policy.
  • Interface with suppliers and customers quality representatives concerning problems with quality control and assure that effective containment or corrective actions are implemented.

Experience

  • At least 15 years of working experience with 8+ year of managerial experience in Hi-Tech industry
  • Ever work in Automotive industry will be a big plus
  • With IATF 16949 system deployment and management exp
  • Ever implement ISO 26262 exp
  • Good language capability

Education

Bachelor degree with Engineering major
