• 配合本公司業務方向，協助各單位檢視本公司業務規章之訂定與修正。 
• 對主管機關及相關法令之溝通、即時修訂。 
• 協助辦理銀行相關法令遵循事宜。

• 研究與分析國際永續發展趨勢及相關框架標準，追蹤國際動態，為公司在責任投資及永續金融領域提供策略建議。
• 依據全球發展趨勢優化公司責任投資政策與操作流程，促進部門間的協作，以有效推動及執行相關專案。
• 協助規劃年度盡職治理計畫，參與國際性倡議、與投資標的企業進行議合討論，並分析與執行股東大會相關議案。
• 協助撰寫責任投資報告，協助金控及本公司編製企業永續報告(CS)，回應外部評比要求及對外資訊揭露之需求。
